Though here in south, Rice is preferred mostly by all, my hubby very rarely takes chapati but I can’t stay without grains and millets and slowly I introduced millets to my baby too. He now loves wheat and other millet items. I try to make some changes everytime I cook.. This is a fun recipe which I am talking about today I mix bajra, jowar and wheat flour together to make this multigrain snacks for evenings.
Wheat 1/2 cup
Jowar 1/4 cup
Bajra 1/4 cup
salt a pinch or so
cooking oil few spoons
garlic oregano for some flavour
knead everything together and roll it into a thick chapati..the fat chapati that’s what I call it…nicely cook it both sides in a tava..and smear enough ghee on both sides..
you can also make some changes like adding some chopped coriander while kneading dough.
It’ a healthy evening snacks options:):)
You can also top it with Mayonnaise some oregano or some thin sliced onion and tomatoes when serving for adults..
Adi likes it with Mayonnaise
Enjoy and don’t forget to tell me, if you liked it :):)
